Maintaining the confidentiality of user data is one of the basic principles of the work of LLC “Multimed”. The Privacy Policy and work methods are aimed at processing personal data in an appropriate and lawful manner and ensuring their confidentiality, storage and availability.

This Privacy Policy applies to the website Multimed.ua, which is used and managed by LLC “Multimed”, registered in Odessa, Ukraine.

This Privacy Policy is a complete statement of the privacy policy for personal data on the Internet, which applies to the activities of our company. The Policy explains what types of data we collect, as well as how we use, transfer and protect the information you provide. It also describes your possible actions regarding the use and correction of your personal data, as well as access to them. Our company’s activities are governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), which is a directly binding legal act. The GDPR protects the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, in particular their right to the protection of personal data.

-you have the right to access personal data, to change or delete data, to restrict or object to data processing, as well as the right to data portability.

Collection and use of personal data

If you want to use our services and provide information, we may ask you to provide personal data in order for us to perform our work, provide our services and improve their level.

Personal data may be transmitted through our website, email or other electronic or software solutions supported by us, as well as by postal mail or by telephone. All personal data is collected in accordance with the GDPR. We process personal data only to the extent necessary to achieve strictly defined, explicit and legitimate purposes, or to achieve a purpose the achievement of which is required by the legislation of the country in which we operate. The personal data we collect primarily include names, email addresses, and telephone numbers. We collect this personal data in order to provide our terms and conditions stipulated in the public offer. In order to maintain the current state of personal data, we recommend that you inform us of any changes or inaccuracies.

Marketing email newsletters and advertising benefits

With your consent, we may send you marketing emails. The consent in question must be given voluntarily, knowingly and unambiguously. You can always object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes without having to provide a reason for such objection, upon prior request and free of charge.
